ID & Age Requirements
All clients over the age of 18 are required to bring a Photo ID.
Any person under the age of 18 must bring a parent with a photo ID and the following two forms of identification in order for any services to be provided.
Photo ID (school ID, driver’s license, yearbook photo with identifying name printed, child safety ID, passport)
Birth Certificate
All three of these requirements must be met.
If you have questions about ID requirements, are a legal guardian, believe you have an ID that will work but is not listed, or cannot provide one of the requirements and need an alternative, please contact us at (215) 257-3234.
(We cannot accept military ID as per Title 18, U.S. Code, Part I, Chapter 33, Section 701.)

We tattoo anyone over the age of 16 with parental consent. A parent or legal guardian must be present for the entire appointment.
