Services and Gift Cards: Non-Refundable
Body Jewelry: No returns accepted on any body jewelry. We are not responsible for the loss of jewelry. Jewelry purchased has a lifetime guarantee to be free from material and manufacturer defects and can be returned for repair, at no charge. Deposits on custom, special order jewelry are non-refundable. If you no longer want the custom ordered jewelry you do not have to pay the remaining balance, but the deposit will not be refunded. Orders must be picked up within 180 days. Any client jewelry held at our studio will be routinely disposed of after 180 days.
Tattoo Deposits: Generally non-refundable. Deposits are refundable or transferrable if notice is given 24 hours prior to the appointment time. If 24 hr notice is not given the deposit will be paid to the artist for their time and are non-refundable to the client. If an appointment is cancelled/rescheduled multiple times or has been cancelled after work (such as a drawing) has been completed, the deposit may be paid to the artist. This is up to the artist’s discretion. Deposits for visiting artists are not refundable unless approved by the artist.
Refunds: Refunds must be issued back to the original payment method and in some cases may require you to come in person. Pending refunds or deposits for any services or body jewelry that are held past 6 months will be returned as a gift card. We will not issue refunds after 1 year.
